Punch a hole according to the size. If possible make hole incline upwards 5 to 10 degrees. Ensure 2pcs X type plates acrossed and back, and the cup head of the screw stem need between 2pcs plates. 3. Hold the toggle anchor and put it into the hole. Rotate the screw stem clockwise then the plates will expand untill feel fasteness enough. Take down the flat washer, spring washer and the nut then install object. Finally, get back flat washer and spring washer in turn and then tighten the nut.
