■ Licca-chan Hakuhinkan Licca-chan Musical Limited Edition 【Kirara-chan】Made in Japan

From December 24, 1999, to January 6, 2000, a musical based on Takara's "Licca-chan" was performed at the Hakuhinkan Theater in Ginza (organized by Takara / Hakuhinkan Theater).

This was the first time in the long history of "Licca-chan" that real actors played Licca-chan and her friends.
The script and direction were by Yuji Mitsuya.
The music was composed by Toshihiko Sahashi.
The cast included a star-studded lineup: Chisa Yokoyama, Chieko Higuchi, Yumi Kakazu, Akiko Kimura, and Majin Suzuki.

This Licca-chan is the "Kirara-chan" doll that was sold exclusively at the musical venue.
It was sold with a photo, presumably of the actress who played Kirara-chan (see photos 6 and 7).

Around this time, Kirara-chan was only available in a few varieties, such as the Fashion Calendar series and the Kimono series, so the release of this Kirara-chan was very rare. I purchased a new, unopened one at auction in January 2000.
There were many bidders, and the winning bid was surprisingly high, but as far as I know, I have hardly ever seen this Kirara-chan since.
I believe it is a very rare and valuable Kirara-chan.

After obtaining it, I kept it unopened in a cardboard box in a dark room.
I opened it for the first time for the listing photos, but it is an unused item that has not been removed from the backing card.
