The RSA12 Adjustable LE Rafter Square is a large, 12-inch speed square with an adjustable fence, designed for top-tier performance in design, build quality, usability, and style. As the elder sibling of the RSA7 Adjustable, it's perfect for those working with substantial lumber. Engineered for swift and simple marking/laying out of roof trusses, its intelligent, locking fence ensures speed, ease, and repeatability. With multiple useful marking gauges on the blade, the RSA12 Adjustable LE excels in various carpentry and fabrication projects, particularly roofing and big lumber use. Curved scribe notches along the tool's length correspond to many common lumber sizes, compatible with various marking tools. Manufactured in-house from premium T6 4mm thick aluminum, each tool is CNC machined to tight tolerances, maintaining right angle precision of +/- 0.008 throughout. The RSA12 features a protective 15um thick anodised surface, laser-marked graduation rulers, and deep-engraved degree lines for durability and precision. Its adjustable, anodised aluminum fence, fixed via a nylon 66 bearing, offers smooth operation and locks in place with a stainless steel thumb screw for repeatable cuts and precise marking without repeated measuring.
